My buddy, Rob, and I fished the McKinney Bass Club tournament this past Sunday, February 24th, on Squaw Creek Reservoir in Glen Rose, Texas. The fishing was phenominal and the lake was great that day. We had a five fish limit by 10 am and culled our way up from there. By the time weigh in arrived we had managed to put together a solid 14.56 lb bag. We were leading most of the weigh in, but fell just shy of first place by 0.06 ounces. Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Tour 2016 – Lake Conroe October 8th and 9th 2016 marked the dates of the Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Tour presented by Huk Performance Fishing on Lake Conroe, Texas. It was originally scheduled to be held in March, but due to the flooding Texas was experiencing at that time, we had to wait almost a whole year to fish the event!
