Returns/Exchanges Policy FAQs

All sales are final.

Due to the specialized nature of made-to-order products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to order your correct size, style, and item. We do our best to describe the sizes of our items and put size charts on each product page, where possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production within 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email texasbassangler@texasbassangler.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was placed with
  4. Your request

What if my items are damaged/defective or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at texasbassangler@texasbassangler.com within 14 days of receiving your item and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request
  5. Attach a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Be sure that the area with the error is clearly displayed, and that the product’s bar code sticker is clearly visible. (this may require 2 separate photographs in some instances – but feel free to send as many as you need)

We will use this information to help you with your order, and it will also allow us to proactively eliminate errors in future printing.

Shipping Policy

All products are made on demand. Please allow up to 7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and up to 5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that to estimate time of arrival.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Sorry we are unable to ship to the following countries: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

Can I update my shipping address of my order?

You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email us and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request and NEW shipping address

Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you and let you know if it’s possible.

Can I track an order?

You will only be able to track your order if it has been shipped. Please allow at least 7 business days for items to print and ship after purchasing for ALL orders (reminder: business days do not include weekends or holidays).

Can’t find my order number

1) Check your spam folder and other email accounts

2) Contact us! Email us at texasbassangler@texasbassangler.com with as much information as possible, for us to locate your order (Name, email, order number). We will be happy to assist you.

You can track your package’s progress more closely through the shipping provider, which is most likely USPS for domestic.

My order never arrived

If your order didn’t arrive, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct billing and shipping addresses. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, at your cost.

Also, please be sure that you have allowed sufficient time – we know the waiting is the hardest part! But, please allow (7-10 business days) to receive you order and verify the status of your order via the tracking number. If you cannot find a tracking number (you won’t receive one until it is shipped) please do not hesitate to contact us.

My package was marked as delivered, but can not find it in my mailbox or on my porch

In the event your item was marked as delivered by the U.S. Postal Service, we kindly ask that you reach out to your local post office, first. There may be a chance your item was prematurely scanned and marked as delivered. In the event that this happens, your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. Should you not receive your item by then, please do not hesitate to contact us at texasbassangler@texasbassangler.com. We will be happy to do whatever we can to assist you.
